Cancellation Policy
As a sole trader and small business you're appointments are important. No shows and last minute cancellations can be harsh on us. When booking your appointment you will always receive confirmation emails/texts on the day off booking and 48 hour reminders prior to your appointment day. This allows a chance for cancelled appointments to be filled.

Booking your appointment
We now require a $50 booking fee to reserve your appointment. This booking fee is non refundable and will be taken off the total cost of your appointment on the day. This payment is securely processed through our online payment gateway.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
You have up until 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment online to avoid any fees. Our online booking system locks after this 48 hour period.

No Shows and Late Cancellations
If a client fails to show up to their appointment and no contact is made to reschedule or explain why, the booking deposit is forfeited. The same goes for late cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This is to protect us a a small business and reduce the likelihood of this happening.
